I've just been out on my bike after you returned it yesterday following the full service you gave it. It is brilliant. It felt as good as new, the gears worked perfectly, the brakes stopped me, the suspension seemed much more effective and it was much less hard work to pedal. It was a pleasure to ride again. I wish I had found you a long time ago. It has revived my wish to get out on the bike and ride for fun. Thanks a lot. I'll be in touch next year for a follow-up service.

I am extremely pleased with your visit to my house today to fix my children's bikes.  It is so much easier than loading them into a car to deliver them to a repair shop somewhere...and then collect them of course.

There was a problem with the brakes on the bikes and after an accident I felt it was important to have an expert look at them.  I had already had a look myself to remedy the problem but I wasn't confident that I could resolve the problem properly.

The fact that you called and fixed them so quickly and in time for half term only adds to my satisfaction that the small price I paid was extremely good value.  I couldn't recommend your service any higher.  If any parents read this I would strongly recommend that you have your bike checked over by Andy to make sure its safe and enable your child to enjoy it even more.

Just writing this as a show of my appreciation for the quick response I received regarding the repair of my ailing bike, collected from my home on the day of contact, new parts ordered and fitted, saftey checked, then returned back home within 24hrs.  I think the service you provided was suberb!!

Thanks for the full service on my bike the other week. I've been out on it a few times since and it is running like a dream! I think it was probably very overdue a service when you looked at it, but it really is like a different bike now - I'm getting much more speed out of it and the gears are working properly again,
